Chocolate Skills Workshops - levels 1-3
Immerse yourself in the world of chocolate with this voyage of chocolate discovery. Learn right from the very basics of chocolate work with a variety of tempering methods and core skills and progress to more complex creations as part of this development course for budding chocolate makers.

Obviously all chocolates created during these workshops will be taken home to share with family and friends.
As this series of workshops is graded in terms of skill development we recommend for most people to begin with the level 1 workshop covering basic skills which will be built upon during the later workshops.
The level 1 workshop covers a variety of tempering techniques, basic moulding and piping skills and an introduction to the equipment and ingredients needed for chocolate making.
The level 2 workshop applies these tempering skills to more advanced chocolate work, use of inclusions and decor ingredients, the uses and limitations of different types of moulds, flavouring solid chocolate and some decoration techniques.
The level 3 workshop covers higher level skills including advanced moulding techniques to create hollow shapes and shells, advanced decoration techniques and ganache creation.

Obviously things are changing with all the difficulties that we are facing with covid at the moment. Your booking will be fully transferable to an alternative date if we have to cancel the workshop for any reason including local or national lockdown.
