Adult Chocolate Making Workshop (2 hours) Place
Throughout the year, mainly on Saturday evenings, we run regular chocolate making workshops for adults. These workshops all have a seasonal theme and are much enjoyed sticky-fingered, chocolate-y, yummy fun!
Our two hour workshops all include a brief introduction to the world of chocolate making, full instruction and materials to make a selection of professional looking chocolates to take home and enjoy with family and friends, and a forum for questions to our expert chocolatiers. Skills covered and exact content varies, but range from chocolate tempering and moulding to truffle making, egg making or hand piping. Most workshops have a seasonal theme. We aim to provide our workshop guests with enough knowledge for them to be able to try their hand at chocolate making at home using regular kitchen equipment.
The workshops take place in The Chocolate Shed, Yew Tree Farm Craft Centre, Wootton Wawen, B95 6BY. Tuition, materials and a soft drink (tea, coffee or squash) is included. Feel free to bring along a bottle (and glasses- we are not allowed glass in our kitchen and so sadly wouldn't be able to offer you a glass in which to enjoy your drink) to help with your seasonal chocolate making, if you wish.
If you can't decide which workshop a friend or family member would like to go to, or would like to leave them with a choice, this is the perfect option. We will issue a voucher, which they can use to redeem a place on an event of their choosing.
Voucher will be valid for 12 months only and can not be exchanged for money.
