Teen and parents Chocolate Making 21/02/20 14:00
Everyone loves chocolate and learning how to make your own treats to give to family or friends is tremendous fun.
This workshop is perfect for a little teen-parent bonding or quality time at the end of February half term. Engaging, fun, sticky fingered and yummy, this activity will be the highlight of your week together.
The session will cover similar chocolate making skills and activities planned for many of our adult workshops but provide a space for younger chocolatiers to have a go alongside Mum/Dad/family or peers.
With a seasonal theme our young chocolatiers and their adults will make a selection of chocolates and gifts all of which can be taken home to enjoy and share with family and friends. Participants will learn skills for working with chocolate such as tempering, decorating and moulding which will enable our guests to continue experimenting with chocolate after the workshop.
The workshop will last approximately two hours and will take place at The Chocolate Shed, Yew Tree Farm Craft Centre, Wootton Wawen B95 6BY.
Guests of any age 10+ and experience are welcome and all tuition and materials will be provided within the cost of the workshop.
