Chocolate @ Home: Milk Chocolate Truffles
A simple introduction to chocolate truffle making which is accessible to all ages- from 6 years (with the help of an adult) to 106!
Everything you need to make a silky smooth milk chocolate ganache with just the addition of 40 ml of double cream per kit. Finish your truffles by rolling in the shiny chocolate chips provided or, for a variation, add flavourings and/or decorations from your home baking supplies (inspiration is provided in the kit).
We found each kit makes approximately 8-10 truffles and they were given full approval by our mini quality control taste testers!
