Chocolate @ Home: Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate Truffles
A simple introduction to chocolate truffle making which is accessible to all ages- from 6 years (with the help of an adult) to 106!
Everything you need to make a silky smooth milk chocolate ganache with just the addition of 40 ml of double cream per kit. Finish your truffles by rolling in the salted butter caramel crunchy pieces provided.
For a variation, you can add flavour to the milk chocolate ganache (perhaps a drop of your favourite liquor) from your pantry or home baking supplies (inspiration is provided in the kit).
We found each kit makes approximately 8-10 truffles and they were given full approval by our mini quality control taste testers!
