Change in number of guests & partial cancellations
We do our very best to be as flexible as possible and understand that things do change at short notice. After submitting your booking inquiry form one of our team will be in touch with you by email. This team member is your point of contact should the numbers able to attend the party or event you are organising increase or decrease from those in which you made the initial booking. Extra guests It is usually very simple for us to add on an extra place. Please note, however, that our venue can comfortably host up to a maximum of 16 people. Hence it may not be possible to accommodate extras if this takes your booking total to 17 or more unless an alternative location can be found. It is especially important to get in touch with us as soon as possible regarding additional guests, if the extra participants have special dietary requirements.
Less guests (partial cancellations) If you have less guests than originally anticipated and inform us of this
up to seven days before the date of your event: Under these circumstances, attendee numbers can be amended and a refund / alternative offered for those places down to our minimum numbers*.
less than seven full days before the date of your event: Under these circumstances reductions to the number of participants can be made down to our minimum numbers* but will be subject to an administration fee of £15. We often suggest for children's birthday parties that parents take up places which become unoccupied at the last minute and join in the fun!
Reduction in guest numbers as the result of illness If you are unable to attend due to illness please contact us to discuss options as we are unable to allow guests with certain illnesses to participate in our workshops (please read our Health & Safety guidance here).
*For children's parties minimum numbers are eight, teen parties have a minimum number of 6 and adult group bookings are prices on a minimum of eight.
Places on our workshop series
We reserve the right to cancel workshops at short notice (at least 7 days notice will be given) should the minimum required attendees not be reached. Purchased tickets can be transferred to alternate events or refunded should a suitable alternative event not be found.

Less than 14 days before the workshop is due to take place a refund or alternative place may be offered at our sole discretion.
